As you mentioned CyberhomesPro is our channel for professionals looking to connect with consumers. One product I wanted to expand on is the Neighborhood Expert program. This would allow professional a comprehensive set of tools to assist in marketing both online and offline. To start, the agent should search the zip code(s) they would like to cover here:

If the area is still available, the Neighborhood Expert package will secure one banner ad (728×90) for that area. It will display when users search that zip code. Also included in the package is updated local market data such as Listings for Sale, Average Price, Average Estimated Value, Foreclosures, Number of Homes Sold and Average Sales Price, and Estimated Value Trends.
